David Hixson, C.P.A.

Principal

David Hixson graduated from San Francisco State University in 1970, where he received his Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude. While in college, Mr. Hixson was president of Beta Alpha Psi National Accounting Honor Society. Mr. Hixson has worked for the Internal Revenue Service in office audit, field audit and the intelligence division. Subsequently, he practiced accounting for five years with the firms of Main Hurdman and Hood and Strong, in their San Francisco offices. He is also amongst those rare few who have passed the entire C.P.A. examination in one sitting.

As a principal in Hixson, Marin, De Sanctis & Company, P.A., Mr. Hixson is director of the Small Business Department. This department, through the utilization of its staff and in-house computer systems, is responsible for the accounting and bookkeeping functions, tax planning and compliance, as well as advisory services to approximately one hundred and fifty clients.

In addition to being a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Mr. Hixson is also a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hixson has served on the board of several non-profit organizations.

Raymond F. Marin, C.P.A.

Raymond F. Marin is a graduate of Florida Atlantic university where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Business and Public Administration in 1966. Residing in South Florida, since 1959, he is married, has two married children, four fantastic grand children and is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Marin is a shareholder/director/officer of Hixson, Marin, De Sanctis & Company, P.A., Certified Public Accountants,with offices in North Miami Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Mr. Marin is involved with clients in number of generalized business industries, and, due to a particular background and experience, he also works closely with certain specialized industries such as the Leisure Time, Shipping, Health care and Real Estate Industries. Mr. Marin is the Director of Accounting and Auditing, liaison to and on SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) matters for the firm, as well as the firm administrator.

Prior to his position with Hixson, Marin, De Sanctis & Company, P.A., Mr. Marin was associated with the international accounting firm of Laventhal & Horwath. During his tenure with the Miami office of that firm, he served as the office director of the Leisure Time Industries Department, and in that context was involved with various domestic, national and international companies. Mr. Marin also had extensive banking and real estate experience at Laventhal & Horwath.

During his career, Mr. Marin has been a member of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of South Florida, has held the committee chairman's seat in the Miami-Dade County Chapter of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the Miami-Dade County, State of Florida, and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Marin is a founding member of the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce, a trustee of the David L. Singer Memorial Foundation Special Olympics, a former board member of the South Florida Food Recovery and active in various other civic organizations.

From 1989 to 2005, Mr. Marin was elected and re-elected as a City Councilman in the City of North Miami Beach, Florida, where he also served as the City's Vice Mayor, on a rotating basis. On May 2, 2005 and May 1, 2007, Mr. Marin was elected and re-elected Mayor of the City of North Miami Beach, Florida for two terms until May 2009. While a City Councilman and Mayor, he was the first chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and liaison to the City's Public Utilities Department, Latin Affairs, Civil Service and a Board Member of the Police Officers and Firefighters Retirement Pension Committee and the General EmployeesRetirement Pension Committee. . He was also formerly the Council Liaison to the Recreation and Cultural Committees. As a public servant Mr. Marin is particularly proud of the new state of the art $73 million water plant facility which was started and completed during his tenor. the new state of the art water plant is the envy of Miami-Dade County and the State of Florida. As the chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency, Mr Marin dedicated the City's New Town Center on Hanford Boulevard. The New Town Center was to be the beginning of a newdown-town for the City of North Miami Beach and the gensis of re-development for the City. He also started various new programs for City residents and favors the Camp for Kids Scholarship Program; Community Wide Town Meeting and Ethics Symposiums. Mr. Marin retired from public service in the City of North Miami Beach in 2009. Mr. Marin continues to volunteer in public service through Miami-Dade County Government where he was appointed to the Planning Advisory Board (PAB) of Miami-Dade County effective 2009.

Peter V. De Sanctis, C.P.A.

Peter V. De Sanctis graduated from the Bernard M. College where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration . Mr. De Sanctis has worked in public accounting since 1975. His experience includes being associated with the "Big Six" firm of Coopers & Lybrand, as well as the international firm of Grant Thornton. Moreover he has had extensive real estate, banking and international tax and accounting experience.

Mr. De Sanctis has served as Chief Financial Officer of Associated Mortgage Investors which is a publicly held diversified real estate company principally engaged in real estate development, property management and investment partnership syndication. During his service as Chief Financial Officer, Associated Mortgage Investors held in excess of $100,000,000 in assets.

As a principal of Hixson, Marin, De Sanctis & Company, P.A., Certified Public Accountants, Mr. De Sanctis has assumed the responsibility of Director of the Palm Beach Gardens office, as well as Director of the Personal Financial Planning Department for the firm. He is also extensively involved in accounting and auditing functions as well as forensic accounting services. Mr. De Sanctis is the lead contact with services performed for the Resolution Trust Corporation.

Mr. De Sanctis is active in various civic organizations and is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the International Association of Financial Planners.

Charles R. Greenberg, C.P.A.

Associate

Charles R. Greenberg graduated from Florida International University in 1977. He was born in Florida, is married and has three children. Mr. Greenberg's interests are his family, cars, auto racing, scuba diving, computer games and surfing the Internet.

Mr. Greenberg has been an associate of Hixson, Marin, De Sanctis & company, P.A., since 1972. Mr. Greenberg is involved with a number of generalized business clients in such industries as not-for-profit organizations, construction, franchising, pension plans, leisure industries, medical facilities, and others. Mr. Greenberg is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and is involved with his community through various synagogue and other charitable organizations.
